I am now 4 months old. Can you believe it? It's official cuz I went to the Doctor's office today. The Doctor said I was doing great. He said I was pretty and he commented on how laid back I am. Yeah, I'm pretty cool to not cry at the Doctor's office. The nurse measured me and I'm about 25 inches long. I have grown 5 inches since I arrived. I was weighed twice cuz I wasn't as heavy as everyone thought I would be. I'm not quite 12 pounds. I really got Daddy today while we were there too. I spit up on him pretty good. When they weigh me, I'm naked (I like that part). Mommy threw my diaper away cuz it was all wet. We walked back to our room, Daddy was holding me real close and I peed...ALOT. It was ALL over his shirt. He actually had an extra shirt in the car...go Dad. I was pretty tired after all of this cuz this was my nap time. But for some reason Mommy and Daddy just kept sitting there in the little room chattin' it up. A lady arrived after a while. She asked Daddy to lay me on the table. You know what that lady did? SHE STABBED ME...hard! I cried, loud. Cuz it really hurt. Daddy swooped me up after she put a band-aid on. I stopped crying by the time we got back out to the waiting room, I didn't want to scare any other babies. I've pretty much slept all afternoon. I'm a bit fussy cuz I don't really feel right. Mommy and Daddy are letting me watch my favorite Baby Einstein DVD about Mr. McDonald's animals. It is making be feel a little better. Now I just need some popcorn.

MY DAD! He's so great. He really loves to hold me and kiss me and talk to me and laugh at me. He thinks I'm beautiful. More beautiful than anyone in the entire world and apparently this world is HUGE! I know that my Daddy will always love me no matter what and that he'll do everything he can to help me be a great person! Happy Birthday Daddy!

Apparently, I'm a tennis player...or going to be one. I'm probably gonna a be a GREAT one cuz I've got some important stuff figured out already.

This is my official game face.

This is my "thumbs up" sign that I'll give my coach (Kendra Owens?).

This is how I'll eat my ice cream cone when we have a game break. You can take a break now and then when you play tennis right?
This is my "something stinks" look. I haven't figured out how I'll use this in the game of tennis yet.

To show The Press that I'm an all-around "good guy" I'll tell a joke and laugh with the best of them.

"Hey, you wanna knuckle sandwich?!" I may use this technique at some point in my career.

And these are my big eyes...I'll use these to intimidate my opponent.

This is what I'll do to stop all the applause (after I bow).

This is my smile, for when I win the match!

Ahhh...I LOVE to nap. And look at me...can you see my arm...it's just like Mommy's. I'm studying her so that I can remain a good sleeper just like her.

Oh no! I got caught! I fell asleep on the job! Mommy said I could lay on the bed in my boppy and watch Daddy sleep (he's sick). I was suppose to tell her if he needed anything. (also, don't tell the owners of 'boppy'...they said i'm not suppose to sleep on this thing) I was just so comfy I couldn't stay awake!

...and dear God, please give my daddy a job...amen!
...p.s. please make my daddy feel better. i don't like it when he's sick, he's scared to touch me...i miss his arms.

All my life I've liked to be swaddled when I nap & go nite nite. But look what I did the other night. I wiggled so much that I not only got my hands free to suck on them, I wiggled right out of my onesie! Cool huh? Mommy & Daddy thought it was funny that I figured out a way to make a strapless onesie. And you know what else? When I went to bed my head was on that gingham checked thing. I can NOW wiggle so much at night that I wake up with my head clear on the OTHER end!

I call this the "big girl pajama dance!" I haven't figured out how to get out of these yet.
