I am a super star

Today I was the Super Star in my class! I got to wear the red super star and I was so very proud. School sure is fun.

I'm like my Mom, I try to do too many things at once.

Mommy thinks it's so nice that I trashing the living room with toys before we started singing and dancing. Makes for a great video huh?

Me as a sweet baby

Mommy and I met baby Malachi today. I like to call him baby brother but Mommy says he's Livi's baby brother. He is almost 10 pounds! I wasn't 10 pounds until I was 3 months old. But seeing pictures of Amy & Malachi made Mommy think of this picture.

Mommy thinks I look so beautifully content and peaceful. I think this was the first time Mommy got to hold me. If I remember right, I think I was crying when Daddy put me in Mommy's arms. I needed her, and I was perfectly content once I finally met her.

I don't think Mommy was listening very well. I was saying "Jesus" made the sun and water but I don't think she was hearing that.

This is how focused I get. I don't care what anyone else is saying to me or asking me. I want what I want and I want it now.

I also sometimes don't like to be told my diaper is stinky.

I ask to watch Mana Mana every single day.

This was a really fun cup. I got it nice and dirty.

My big girl bed

Here I am in my big girl bed. It's pretty cool and I hardly ever fall out. I haven't fallen out while napping at all.

This week I have been waking up a little earlier than usual and taking a little shorter naps, but still no less than an hour and a half.

Today I napped for 4 hours and Mommy& Daddy opened my door to help wake me up.


I am really quiet now when I wake up & get out of bed so it's getting harder for Mommy to know when I'm up. And I don't automatically take my paci out like I did in my "old bed". That keeps me more quiet too and means I get to use it longer.

Mommy & Daddy really like getting to give me hugs and kisses before I go to sleep cuz now they can get real close to me and we can whisper back and forth.

Tonight when Mommy gave me a hug & kiss, I told her, "I love you Mommy" before she said it to me and she said I was so sweet and almost started crying. Daddy was really jealous.

birthday?

The other day I told Daddy I wanted to wear my birthday hat. Then when Mommy started singing Happy Birthday to me I told her, "I eat Birthday cake".

Mommy had to find something we could pretend was a Birthday cake. Good thing she bought me donuts earlier in the day.

I blew out my candle lots of times and liked the smoke.

Just being me

My Omi got me this soft denim jacket. I love it. I wore it on Wednesday for 4 hours straight.

Mommy says I look like I'm doing some Turbo Kick moves.

This was the great idea I had when Daddy was carrying me home. Mommy thought I was so smart to think of it!

After I tried out all of the playground, I needed my Daddy to carry me home. I was pooped. He misses me so much every day he didn't mind.

It's been so nice outside lately. The other night Daddy decided we really needed to go to the park. So here I am running all the way there.

dress up?

The other day I came out wearing my Mommy's swim top. She thought it was hysterical but was slow to get the camera and by then I was done. In this picture I am holding a Christmas Snowman. I call it Christmas. I walk him around with his feet touching the floor saying he's skateboarding.

Do you see the rash on my face? Mommy thought I had a blotchy sunburn at first but then thought it was a weird rash & I must have been allergic to something I put on my face. It was gone by the next day.

Dollies

Sorry about this first picture. Seems like every time Mommy crops a picture in Photoshop it gets jacked up.

I am totally into my baby dolls. I tell them to have sweet dreams. I pretend to cry for them and I say they need their Mommy hand them to my Mommy and she tries to explain to me that I am their Mommy but that does not makes sense.
Mommy says this is how she would look if she had two more babies, besides me.

One night Mommy got out a bunch of shoes from the closet and had me try them on because my feet are bigger.

These black ankle boots are my favorite but Mom thinks they are already pretty small on me.

She went to a big consignment sale last night and got me 2 knee length boots and a very cool pair of converse all-stars. I played with the all-stars this morning. The shoe strings are fun to play with.

Nature center

On Labor Day weekend Nana planned some fun stuff for us to do. We got to go to some Nature centers and they were WEARY fun.

Looking through this kind of thing was super weary fun.

Aunt Celia showed me & another little grul the weal squirrel. I was more interested in the grul.

Daddy got in on the nature looking action too.

I had lots and lots of fun.

Labor Day

We went to Nana's for Labor Day weekend. My celia also came and she brought Mike. I liked saying Mike the whole weekend. Like I'd say, "Good job eatin' Mike".

This is the only time I had fun in the creek. It was cold.

Did you know water comes out of these things? They are cool.

Church in the park

On Sunday we had church in the park! I didn't want to sing or listen, I just wanted to play with other kids.

This is Josie (the big girl) and Savannah. I have liked Savannah since she was a baby.

Decklyn and I had super duper fun on the slides but mostly on this tire swing. He would sing "Ring Around The Rosies" with me.

Mommy says I'm going to be disappointed next week when she says we're going to church and we don't end up in the park.
