I'm not REALLY reading but it's sort of like reading when you memorize it!

I like to change the names of the characters to people I know sometimes.

My friend Asa

My friend Asa came to see me last weekend. I haven't seen him since last summer. And I promise, it wasn't like this the whole time:
Really! At this point I was just tired and hungry.

Would you buy me a bus?

Last night Mommy and I were driving home after dark. I saw a big Razorback bus and the lights were on inside. I loved it.

I asked Mommy, "Will you buy me a bus?"
Mommy, "You want me to buy you a bus?!"
Me, "Yes!"
Mommy, "Why?"
Me, "So I can ride it to school!"

Mommy said she was not going to buy me bus.

surprise!

Last week after school Mommy surprised me by showing me she bought me a little Valentine's cake. It was fun to eat the frosting and sprinkles & pretend it was my birthday.

I like story time.

I conned Daddy into reading me one of my favorites: You're Going To Be a Big Sister. Usually Mom does this job.

cute and fun

Last Friday Mommy and I had a fun day (and I was cute). She had a whole bunch of coupons for free stuff at a shopping place in Rogers.
We got a free gift card and I got lots of compliments on the red hat and cowboy boots I was wearing (not pictured here). We went to what I called a skin store. Mommy called it a make-up store. I loved it. There were lots of samples sitting out so I could see them (but not touch them) and I made sure Mommy didn't touch them either. I oohed and awed over all of the shapes and colors.

Then we went to a hair store and I like the valentine's ornaments. Next we went to the food court. I wanted to wear my cowboy stuff cuz this is where the carousel is, and I had two tickets to ride it. I was excited about it then I was nervous about it. But then Mommy found out it wasn't working. She told me it was broken but someone else said that it was never going to work again.
Mommy and I got our free ice cream (even though it was really super cold outside).
Since the carousel didn't work and it was too cold to play outside, I played on all the machines.
It was really fun.
I always forget they can move until some other kid comes along and their car moves. Mine never does.
But that's okay because it's easier to hug the animals when they are not moving.

We stopped at Target last and I showed Mommy all the baby stuff that our baby Lucy would like.

Music

Mommy was able to get me a scholarship this semester so I could still go to my favorite class ever...MUSIC class. I love it a lot.
We sing lots of songs and we play instruments. We also dance with scarves sometimes.
I also get to learn music at my one day at "school." Yesterday I randomly told Daddy, "I had music class and I learned about a quarter note. It gets one and it's like this (clapping) 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4." I confused everyone though because I actually learned that at music at my school. But the fact remains that I totally impressed my musician Dad!
Here is a video of me learning a snowman song for the first time last week. We did this song again yesterday and I was way excited about it.

What I like to do

Sometimes Mommy is on her computer in her room so I like to join her. I like to also play on her bed because I see myself in the mirror. On this day I was playing with my bears.
I told Mommy to take a picture of us because we were going on a ride. It was called a roller coaster.

workin' out

Here's my latest workout attire of choice:

snow

One day it looked like this outside.
And the sky was as white as the ground.

Mommy, Pablo and I all got snow in our hair.

snowballs

One day it rained snowballs and the sky was white.

Collaborative art

Abby
Livi
I just couldn't bring myself to take my eyes off our beautiful creation.

Library time

I asked my Mommy to take these pictures of me.

I like craft time because I like using the scissors. I have a tough time with them, especially when Mommy tries to get me to hold them differently. I work hard though.

Toys R Us wouldn't let me drive this home. That was a big bummer.
