better

I am all better now and I got to go to school today!  I was tired afterwards and fell asleep on the couch watching the Cooking Channel.  I don't like it when I fall asleep.

Night Night

Mommy and Daddy switch off who puts either Lucy or me to bed.  Tonight Daddy put me to bed and read me a Dr. Seuss book even though I always want a Fancy Nancy book.

When Mommy put Lucy to bed she turned on the music and sat in the dark room in the rocking chair while Lucy drank her milk as usual.  When Lucy was done she handed Mommy the bottle.  Mommy scooted Lucy up so their heads were at each other.  Lucy gave Mommy a goodnight kiss then reached behind her back for the paci Mommy had in her hand.  Then Lucy snuggled with Mommy for a little bit but was glad to be in bed.  She's a sweet sister.

Blue day

...and puffy hair day

It was a good thing mommy took pictures on yellow day because I almost forgot my glasses!

First school boo boo

It's a good thing mommy got me a fancy cookie today.

I ran down a hill with livi and journey and I fell! I had to get a band aid. I cried but I was brave and livi totally took care of me!

Definition of a goober

A goober is someone who pulls down their pants and then someone says, "Pull up your pants you goober!"

Red day!

Today was red day and we learned how to spell it. I also learned the word "fetch". I asked mommy to fetch me stuff a lot tonight.

When Lucy saw my shirt she said "puh puh" and pointed at the puppy even though mommy said it was a dog.

3rd day

I chose to wear the shirt I tie dyed with my nana on day 3.

I also wanted to wear this button.

And I insisted on tucking in my shirt! I'm glad my parents let me choose my clothes!

At school we get notes pinned on our back when if we need to tell our parents something.  Lucy really missed  me while I was at school.

Post first day

It was so much fun! I'm not going to wear that big pretty dress tomorrow in case we have PE cuz you need to wear different clothes and tennis shoes for PE. My sandals were okay because they are rubber on the bottom. I got $2. And I'll get $2 tomorrow and I'll just need 1 more dollar and I can get something from the treasure box!

One girl gave me some germ-x and it was strawberry! She put some on Livi's dress. We learned how to go to the restroom. You have to be quiet in there. We get 2 squirts of soap and then you count to 123, put the paper towel under our arm and then we wash our hands. I had all kinds of fun and stuff. We have to be quiet in the hall, we put our hands by our sides and follow the blue trail and we pass this office. No standing on the wall, we don't wave. We stop and let someone go.

1st day of school...FINALLY!

I woke this up this morning worried I was late for school.  I said, "Is there still time for school?  Do we have to hurry?  Will I still get to play?"

I brought all my clothes and shoes to Mommy so she could help me get dressed.  I even combed my own hair with Daddy.

Lucy and I ate a quick breakfast.

I just couldn't contain my excitement!

The moon was even still out to make sure I got to school okay.

I started to leave my parents without even saying goodbye.  I was THAT excited.

Here's Mrs. Owen.  I looked around the room and noticed I was not sitting next to Livi.  But there was an empty seat next to her.  So I put forth my  best effort and said, "But I really love Livi so..."  But Mrs. Owen said I already had a seat and that sometimes I would get to sit by Livi but not always.

Does anyone else notice that I'm surrounded by boys?!

I got ready to choose a book but then saw The Cat In The Hat and eyed it.

So, here I am for the day!
