Mommy took me into the health food store so she could find something for her allergies and sinuses. I really liked the old lady who helped us. I even let her hold me. When a strange man walked in I hugged onto her. Mommy says I made her day.

More Library fun

Opa sooie!

I know that Opa looks weird in this first picture. It looks like he's saying "Hallelujah Praise Jesus" or he is sending healing powers to me. He's not. He's teaching me how to call those Hogs again.

Mommy says it's okay to call the Hogs but I can not call Opa a hog.

Books

Books are great. After Mommy reads me a story when I'm finished napping I read it to her. I really like to say the word "book" too.

The Library is still super fun.

I love this hippo & you can tell that she loves me. My Livi let me borrow her for a long time.

She giggles and for weeks I would throw her down & cry when she did. This past weekend I just kind of put her aside from me until she stopped. I would always just pick her back up again cuz I love her.

I REALLY like to color & this is one of the first times I did it. Crayons make great drum sticks.

Walking & Talking

I took a walk today. I had a nice conversation with myself. I reminisced about my weekend and how I got to see my Aunt Melissa & I still love her even though she took my Unky James with her.

I was also excited cuz my Mommy said my Oma was coming to babysit me tonight.

And of course, today was Daddy's birthday.

More good times.

Daddy is having a Birthday. His Birthday is August 26. Here is a picture of us from last year. Mommy hopes to get a picture of us together & post it soon.

Brainy Baby

This is how you become a Brainy Baby and use the left side of your brain (at least that's what the video is called). I get to educate myself while Mommy plays around in the kitchen and makes something yummy. My hands are giving away that I just ate a snack!

Barnes and Noble

So today we went to Blossom Hill again to visit the old ladies. They were glad to see us cuz it had been more than 4 weeks since we visited.

I was shy & eventually got cranky & before we left I was super poopy, out of my diaper & on my shorts. Because I was cranky & poopy Mommy decided we'd just go home instead of hanging out with other Mommies & kids.

Last month when we visited Daddy came with us. And afterwards we visited Barnes & Noble. I had not been there before. but I don't know why. It is a really super fun place. In the bright & happy kids area they had this train. And I played with it by myself for quite a while. I liked it.

The rest of the time I walked the whole store many times and THAT was tons of fun. I just walked walked walked & Mommy followed me. I liked smiling at people sometimes. I liked looking at the globes a lot & kept finding them again. Sometimes I would just about turn down an aisle but someone would be there so I would go a different direction. Sometimes I even found Daddy. Since I was in a bad mood & poopy we didn't go today.

But, after Mom took me home & got me cleaned up we ran two errands & I was a good girl. Then we went to McDonald's. I got in my high chair without crying. Mommy was so happy for me cuz lately I've been a mess at restaurants and refusing to sit in a chair. Mommy gave me a little bit of hamburger and french fries. But I wasn't hungry cuz my sippy cup was empty. I drank the whole thing on my way there and Mommy said, "no wonder you're not hungry". But I was good anyway.

See, French fries come in a little package & I like that package. You can take the fries out & put them back in over and over. And when you're bored with that you can put some fries in the bag, shake it and the fries come out. I did this until there were no more fries cuz they were all on the floor or in Mommy's tummy.

I was tired from our activities and was falling asleep before we got home and I went straight down for a nap. *good times*
